As I post the pictures of this detergent I remember Kavita Choudhary who became commonly known as Lalitaji after she appeared for the TV commercial for Surf.
Lalitaji and Surf...The TV commercial of Surf (the detergent powder) that brought to life that woman Lalitaji in every household who had a television set. Kavita Choudhary became commonly known as Lalitaji after this commercial that carried the punch line "Surf ki Kharidari mai hi Samajdari hai".
Now even the small child knows the jingle of each and every Ad that comes up during the commercial breaks.
The Ad World has moved much ahead..
